We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn dancewear and footwear in original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, tights and undergarments cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original product packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
